MY STORY

My why….I used to run marathons and work until 2am in the morning. I worked hard and I trained

hard and I expended all my energy and then crashed and then put the program on repeat.

I was a Project Manager, and then a Mum, two times over with a body I didn’t recognise and a

pelvic floor that didn’t work, and a mind that had been scrambled from birth trauma and the

turbulence of early motherhood and postnatal anxiety.

I woke up one day and said to myself, I am going to die. Why am I not doing what I want to be

doing? What I love doing and what I have dreamt of doing for 15 years!?

I studied Nutrition online through breastfeeding a sleepless baby and chronic illness and trained

my body and healed my mind over two years of unravelling and rebuilding myself inside out,

quite literally putting my muscles back together in place and making them strong.

I changed my

mindset, learnt to respect my body and it’s energy and allowed myself to learn again, to change

my actions, and my habits and ultimately my body, my health and my mental well-being.

I returned to a career of personal training after leaving it 12 years ago, became a Nutritionist and

an online coach for one reason - to give back.

To give back what so many others gave to me - my health, my mind and my strength. When is it
